Once you have added a TLK 150 device to the WAVE Portal, it automatically appears as a User in your Users menu. From the Users menu, you can edit the Talkgroups and Contacts associated with the device. From the WAVE Devices menu, you can edit the properties of the TLK 150 unit.
Set PowerOn Config to “Power Button Or Ignition” when the TLK 150 is wired for ignition sense
When ignition sense is configured, Auto PowerDown is the time in minutes to power-off the TLK 150 after the vehicle’s ignition is turned off. This helps delivery vehicles and other user who frequently turn off ignition but want to keep the TLK 150 running.
This section describes how to edit the TLK 150 device configuration. For instructions on editing a TLK 150 User see: Editing a TLK 150 User.
To edit an individual TLK 150 device
- Login to WAVE with your Customer account.
- In the left navigation frame, click the TLK 150s menu.
The TLK 150s page opens displaying all registered TLK 150 devices.
- Click the Name of a TLK device 150 to edit.
- The Device Information page for the selected TLK 150 opens. Click the gray heading areas to switch between Device Info and Settings.

- IMEI
International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) is a unique numerical identifier for every mobile device. WAVE uses the IMEI in conjunction with the Serial Number to identify each TLK 150. - Serial Number
Each serial number is unique to a TLK 150 device. WAVE uses the Serial Number in conjunction with the IMEI to identify and register TLK 150s. - Cellular Status
Shows the status of the cellular services. - Radio Alias
It is the alternate name of the radio device.

- Language
Set the language to display on the device. - All Alert Tones
Toggles the availability of Alert Tones on this TLK 150 device. - Brightness Level
Sets the display brightness level on the TLK 150 device. - Device Mode
User mode is the standard device mode. If you switch Device Mode to ‘stun’ then the device will become inoperable until it is switched back to ‘user.’ Stun is typically used to deactivate a TLK 150 unit without removing its settings from WAVE.

Allows to enter the password. If you do not set password here, then the default password is the last 8 alphanumeric of the radio device serial number. - Voice Announcements
Toggles the reception of Voice Announcements by the TLK 150 device. - Location
Toggles the transmission of location information for this TLK 150 device. - WiFi
Toggles the WiFi modem of the TLK 150 on or off. - Cellular
Toggles the cellular modem of the TLK 150 on or off. - Bluetooth

Toggles to enable or disable the scan for the TLK 150 to on or off. - Do Not Disturb

Shows if the specified software component is downloaded for radio upgrade.

- Enable Diag Download MM
Allows user to extract the diagnostic logs via USB directly from the device. When disabled, the user does not have permission to extract with USB and shows an error message. - Diagnostic Package Available
Shows if a diagnostics package is available for download or not.

- Click Save once you make any changes to the device details.

The following actions are available to the user from the Action drop-down.
- Manage WiFi Networks
This allows you to specify the preferred WiFi network for the TLK 150 unit. Selecting the Hidden Network ckeckbox allows the device to connect to any netowrk if the device is configured with schema version 3.4.

- Bluetooth Accessories
Allows to set a Bluetooth name and pin for the device for connecting with the network.
- Restart Device
Restarts the TLK 150.
Click the SAVE button to save and enable all changes.
Click the CANCEL button to discard all changes and return to the TLK 150s page.

To bulk-edit multiple TLK 150 Devices
- Login to the WAVE Portal with your Customer account.
- In the left navigation frame, click the TLK 150s menu.
The TLK 150s page opens displaying all registered TLK 150 devices.
- Select all TLK 150 devices you wish to edit.
NOTE: The top most checkbox allows you to select/deselect all TLK 150s. You can also select only one TLK 150 if you require the ability to delete or modify a single unit using the Actions menu available in the next step.
- Open the Actions menu at the top of the page.
Click the action you wish to perform. Bulk actions are defined below and will be performed on ALL selected devices. You will be prompted before the actions are performed.

Temporarily deactivates all selected TLK 150 units without removing them from WAVE. - UnStun
Reactivates all selected TLK 150 units. Has no affect on units that are not currently stunned. - Delete
Deletes all WAVE information for the selected TLK 150 units. The units will be deactivated until added back to WAVE. Note that deleting the TLK 150s also removes the license from the account.
